Sorry for previous review. I had eaten at a restaurant in Northern California with the same name and had a bad experience with that restaurant...not yours. Yours is quaint with good food.
    Please forgive me.

    Not Pappadeaux's, But Great Seafood!

Family owned and run. Busy. Great menu. Good food.

Must do exceptionally well because they have a liquor license that most places this small cannot afford.

PoBoy buns better than most as they were not too large. Who wants to eat mostly a big gob of bread anyway?  Coleslaw and corn was excellent as well as the corn bread muffins.

I like this place  so my comments are only to help them make it better. Clam chowder was like all other poor clam chowder in San Antonio, potatoes and thick flour water. Find a better recipe.

The interior was beautiful with the light green colors, particularly on the table tops. The place looked clean, actually pristine.  But the outside is ugly. Get rid of the dark blue but keep the graphics on a much lighter perhaps sand color wall. Putting navy blue letters on a dark blue wall makes it hard to even see.

We will be back to his place often and hope to see them repaint the outside.

Best seafood I've had in a long time. I normally order out. When I get home the food is still hot. Nothing worse than cold seafood. The portions are ridiculously large. Shrimp and fish cooked perfectly!
The restaurant itself is very clean and quaint. Employees are super nice and very helpful.

My dad brought me here for some good seafood. We can in when it wasn't too busy and ordered quickly. Out order came out hot and quick. The gumbo was good and the plates we had were tasty and a good portion.

I wasn't expecting this restaurant to be my new favorite seafood dive, but it is! The freshest lightest fried seafood that I have had! I love their batter and the clam strips are amazing! Order at the window and pick up your food at the window! Friendly staff, feels so welcoming! I can't wait to go back and try their other menu items!
